- Abi Bellamkonda03.12.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am changing my 5 stars to 2 stars. I used Lombard for several years for all party hires. The staff are scared of boss who apparently has to be consulted on basic customer issues like refund of a faulty product. But hey boss isn't working full time so you have to come back again on Tuesday at certain time. Make a case and then boss will decide, if I qualify for a refund. The look on staff was priceless when I asked "isn't customer service doing the work for customer, you seem to be giving me more work when it is your fault". I am not paying higher prices for non-existent customer service at Lombard anymore. They could have taken my number and rang me back. Nope. I have to follow up. Hey if I have to take a annual leave because I had a faulty $10 toy, which is priced like $2-$5 online then I should right? Totally make sense. NOT
